Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

At Tiffany Leung, we understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness and maintain the efficient operation of our services, the following cancellation and rescheduling policies apply:
 

Cancellation Policy
Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a scheduled session. Cancellations made within this notice period will not incur any charges.
If less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if a session is missed without prior notice, the following fee applies:
 

• 100% of the session fee.

Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 24 hours must be addressed to corimuscoun@gmail.com and may result in the cancellation of the session.
 

Refund Policy
Refunds for pre-paid sessions are available only if cancellations are made within the required notice period. Any missed sessions or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
